Victorinox Rescue was developed in collaboration with medical services in a project which lasted for 5 years. The key features of the knife are available immediately and may be used on the spot.
All the parts were tested, in particular the function for breaking windows and the saw, so Rescue has all the essential features to help escape from a car.
The handle on the top layer is covered in phosphorescent yellow, making it visible.
